How Do I Determine The Shipping Cost? To calculate your purchase and the freight costs associated with it, click on your selection or selections adding them to your shopping basket. Enter your shipping zip code and then click on the Recalculate button. This will provide you with a shipping cost and a total cost before committing to the actual purchase. How long will it take to get to me? Most orders are shipped from our facility within 5-7 business days. All orders placed on Fridays after 1:00pm ET will be processed on the following business day.
How will my order be shipped? Most orders are shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS depending upon the weight and size. Any products that have individual parts weighing greater than 150 pounds will be shipped by common freight. For the UPS, FEDEX or USPS shipments, here are your expected delivery times by region: East Coast 1-4 business days, Central US 3-6 business days, and West Coast 5-8 business days. If you need your order expedited, please contact Customer Service.
How long do custom size orders take? Orders with custom sizes will take at least 2 weeks to manufacture prior to shipment. Then, standard shipping times mentioned above apply.
Do your bollards come with a warranty? Absolutely! For more information on the warranty, visit our Warranty Policy web page.
Do the prices include shipping? The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the products. The shipping fee is calculated by the total weight of the shipment(s) and the destination.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands? Absolutely. While our website calculates the shipping to these more distant destinations, you may want to call Customer Service at (800) 352-6609 directly for the best pricing on shipping costs, especially for large orders.
